i believe I am highly suitable for this position due to my extensive experience of over 17 years in this field. Additionally, I currently serve as a Legal Advisor and Head of the Legal Affairs Office, leading a team of four members. I was honored as the Best Department Head for the years 2023 and 2024.
The organization I work for is responsible for licensing companies and establishments within the emirate, as well as overseeing public joint-stock companies, monitoring all their affairs, drafting merger and acquisition agreements, formulating policies, laws, and regulatory decisions, and providing legal support to all organizational units. This has equipped me with extensive expertise in dealing with various stakeholders and managing complex legal matters.
