Having gained comprehensive experience across civil litigation, arbitration and company law, I have developed a strong understanding of how legal principles operate in real-world dispute resolution and client advisory scenarios. Presently, I am working as a Senior Associate at the Chambers of Deepender Banger (Additional Central Government Standing Counsel), where I am involved in matters spanning civil, writ, and arbitration proceedings. My work includes drafting petitions, written statements, rejoinders, appeals, and other pleadings before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and District Courts. I have independently handled civil and arbitration matters, prepared detailed briefs, and conducted research on substantial questions of law pertaining to statutory interpretation, contractual disputes, and constitutional issues. My previous role as an Associate at the Chambers of Adv. Vipul Ganda (ASC, NDMC) strengthened my exposure to Company Law, municipal regulatory matters, and commercial litigation. I have drafted pleadings before the Hon’ble High Court, NCLT, and NCLAT, handled matters concerning corporate disputes, NDMC regulations, and statutory compliance, and represented clients during preliminary hearings and mediations. Working closely with Senior Counsels helped refine my drafting precision, litigation strategy, and ability to identify core legal issues efficiently. My early training at Danube Consulting Law Firm under the mentorship of Adv. Narender Pal Singh (Vice President, NGT) provided me with a strong foundation in litigation practice. I drafted a wide range of pleadings, including matrimonial petitions, execution applications, affidavits, and rejoinders, and researched extensively on environmental, civil, and criminal matters using platforms such as Manupatra and SCC Online. Across these roles, I have developed a meticulous approach to drafting, a deep respect for procedural accuracy, and strong analytical skills.
