Angela Lopes-Nwonye

I am an experienced, commercially minded, plain speaking in-house commercial contracts lawyer with a strong track record of advising senior stakeholders on complex commercial transactions within high-value, high-risk and highly regulated environments. I have 17 years in the legal profession. My recent roles include acting as interim in-house legal counsel for international design and engineering consultancies including TP Bennett, Broadway Malyan and WSP, providing pragmatic, business-focused legal support across the full contract lifecycle. Experience includes drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements, as well as designing, implementing and maintaining internal policies and procedures.
