I am writing to express my interest in the position of Legal Counsellor at MantraCare. With a strong background in corporate governance, regulatory and legal research, ethics and compliance, and cross-functional collaboration across complex organizational structures, I am confident in my ability to contribute meaningfully to MantraCare's global mission and network-driven operations. I am currently a practicing lawyer and ethics expert at a leading European complex drug delivery and formulation developer, where I am responsible for drafting and negotiating agreements, advising on corporate governance matters, and providing legal and ethical guidance aligned with organizational strategy. My role requires translating complex legal and regulatory issues into clear, actionable advice for diverse stakeholders, while ensuring consistency with corporate values and long-term objectives. Until the end of 2024, I served as Legal Counsel for Corporate Governance, Compliance, and Business Ethics at Growthfund, a sovereign wealth fund wholly owned by the Greek State. In this role, I was responsible for managing and optimizing corporate governance frameworks and overseeing their implementation across more than thirteen subsidiaries operating in critical sectors of the Greek economy, including energy, water supply, infrastructure, transportation, and markets. My work involved extensive policy development and review, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration across public and private entities—experience that aligns closely with your global network model and its engagement with diverse national organizations and partners. Earlier in my career, my experience at an international law firm strengthened my ability to operate effectively in demanding, high-performance environments and exposed me to the complexities of multinational legal and corporate structures. I developed strong skills in legal research, opinion drafting, and synthesizing information from legal, compliance, and operational sources—skills essential for providing strategic legal support within a global organization. My educational background in law, combined with my professional experience and strong commitment to ethical governance and social impact, has shaped a strategic mindset and a practical, solutions-oriented approach. I am particularly motivated by organizations whose work delivers tangible social value, and I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to support MantraCare in advancing its global initiatives, strengthening network engagement.
