I am a legal and commercial contracts professional with over six years of experience in managing and negotiating contracts across industries such as renewable energy, technology, and procurement. I hold an LLM Master of Law from the University of Law, London, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki, Greece. Additionally I have other various certifications in sustainability and renewable energy finance, further expanding my expertise in legal and business sectors. Throughout my career, I have managed the full contract lifecycle—from drafting and reviewing to negotiating and executing complex agreements, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Software as a Service agreements (SaaS), and Statements of Work (SoWs) for both local and international stakeholders. I ensure that contracts comply with GDPR, data protection laws, and regulatory standards, while also identifying and mitigating risks. I have successfully implemented contract management systems and maintained contract template libraries, improving efficiency and streamlining processes. My ability to lead contract negotiations and collaborate with cross-functional teams has allowed me to secure favorable outcomes that align with organizational goals. In addition to my legal expertise, I have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, where I have handled direct and indirect buying, processed purchase orders, and managed documentation for international shipments.
