I have experience as a Junior Associate Lawyer at Assegaf Hamzah & Partners (as known as AHP Law Firm) who has responsibility for providing legal opinions to clients, assisting Senior Associates and Partners in making decisions, as well as conducting legal research, whether reviewing agreements, monitoring the court and carrying out correspondence with trial minutes. Lastly, I have experience as a Corporate Legal Assistant Manager (Grade IV) at PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (as known as Hana Bank) who has responsibility for assisting legal administration, conducting legal research, coordinate with various departments to provide legal advice and support on business matters, develop and implement corporate legal policies and procedures, ensure proper documentation and filling of corporate records, such as shareholder meetings, corporate fillings, and legal documents, and providing legal opinions to clients.
