Carmen Ortilles

As a qualified with a double degree in Law + Anglo American Law Program from the University of Navarra and a Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession from the Public University of Navarra. Since February 2019, I have been working as a Legal Counsel at various multinational companies like Norsk Hydro, a leading company in the aluminum sector and Olivia Energy Group, a leading company in all energy sources. In both roles my main responsibility is to provide legal advice on all kinds of legal issues, from contracts to internal investigation procedures. In my current role, I have been involved in drafting public deeds and minutes of the Board of Directors as Vice Secretary, as well as in risk management and conflict prevention. I have also collaborated with other departments and external entities to ensure compliance with environmental, labor, tax, and corporate regulations. Thanks to my education and experience in international law and international legal studies, I have been able to bring a global and diverse perspective to the company's projects and operations. My goal is to continue developing my legal skills and actively contribute to achieving the set objectives.
