I have 13 years of work experience as a legal counsel. I’m currently working as a Corporate Solicitor at Cprime, Inc. and head the commercial legal team. Leading commercial transactions across the EMEA, UK, US, APAC and India—negotiating a wide range of cross border transactional agreements and advising senior stakeholders on risk, data protection, IP, compliance and day to day legal advisory. In parallel, I support employment and labour advisory in India (including escalations), corporate/statutory filings. Over the years, I’ve worked as a legal counsel with consumer brands: At Orient Electric ( Fast Moving Consumer Goods) I was the legal SPOC technology and commercial contracts, IPR portfolio, digitisation initiatives (vendor/customer onboarding portals and contract management tooling), legal metrology, real estate negotiations and served on the ESG committee. At Jubilant Foodworks(Master Franchiser - Dominos, Dunkin Donuts, Popeyes in India) I supported multi-jurisdiction contracting and corporate advisory across multiple in-house brands, including advertising materials vetting, platform transactions (Zomato/Swiggy), and rollout of digital customer-facing modules (e.g., delivery tracking and wallet). I have worked closely with senior leadership, C- Suite execs and the boards, aligning legal outcomes with the company’s business strategy
