Law graduate with practical experience in legal research, regulatory compliance, and corporate risk assessment, with a particular interest in legal counseling and advisory work. Through my internship at Sanver Law Office, I worked on corporate and commercial law matters, conducted due diligence style document reviews, drafted legal opinions, and supported regulatory compliance processes. My experience strengthened my analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, actionable guidance. During the Clifford Chance Global Virtual Internship, I gained exposure to business and human rights law, EU reporting obligations, supply chain due diligence, and human rights risks in M&A transactions. This experience enhanced my understanding of ESG frameworks, corporate governance, and international human rights compliance standards. In addition to my legal background, my experience as a Hotel Manager developed my operational management skills, structured decision making ability, and client focused communication approach. Managing teams, overseeing financial records, and handling high-pressure situations strengthened my responsibility, problem solving, and organizational skills qualities I bring into legal advisory work.
