As a legal professional with a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from CHRIST University and over one year of experience, I have developed a strong foundation in in-house legal advisory and business-focused legal strategy. In my role as In-House Counsel at a health-tech company, I supported commercial operations through contract drafting and review, partnership and vendor agreements, regulatory compliance, due diligence coordination, and preparation of Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies of partner and customer apps. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to align legal risk management with business growth objectives in a regulated sector. In addition, I currently support executive leadership at a U.S.-based law firm, gaining exposure to U.S. legal standards, document management systems, and transactional workflows. This experience has strengthened my precision in drafting, compliance monitoring, and workflow coordination, while enhancing my ability to operate in structured, high-accountability environments.
