A lawyer with extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, with a strong focus on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing complex contracts including MSAs, SLAs, NDAs, partnership agreements, API and technology agreements, referral and licensing arrangements, and cross-border commercial contracts. My work spans end-to-end transactional support, contract strategy, risk allocation, and high-stakes negotiations, along with advisory across corporate structuring, compliance, and regulatory issues.
