During my time at Tissium, I worked as a Legal Counsel supporting the company’s activities in the biotech and medical device sector. I provided legal guidance on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters in a fast-growing and innovative environment. My responsibilities included drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts (including R&D agreements, partnership agreements, supplier contracts, and confidentiality agreements). I supported cross-functional teams by ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies. I also contributed to corporate governance matters, assisted with fundraising operations and investor documentation, and managed legal risks related to the company’s strategic development.
