I have worked extensively on drafting and reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Service Agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), consultancy contracts, and intellectual property-related documents for both domestic and international clients. Through my roles at Growithfy Jursai Pvt. Ltd., Privalge AA Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and LawSikho, I have developed end-to-end experience in contract lifecycle support—ranging from drafting and risk assessment to client communication and incorporation of negotiated terms. My exposure to international commercial contracts and legal education has strengthened my understanding of cross-border frameworks, risk allocation, and business-oriented drafting. I combine strong analytical skills with practical business awareness to deliver legally sound and commercially viable solutions.
