I've a total of 08+ years of extensive experience on legal and regulatory compliance for PAN India along with global jurisdictions including and not limited to APAC, MENA, EMEA, GCC, LATAM, NA etc. Have worked across industries such Banking, Financial Services, IT Consulting, Engineering & Technology, Facility Management, Logistics, FMCG, Real Estate, Construction, Pharma, Lifesciences, etc. I've professional expertise in the Regulatory & Legal domain spanning across into compliance audit, preparation of compliance manuals, SOPs, policy review, legal research findings along with advisory services across various industries. I'm well versed and skillfully adept at handling compliances for Companies Act, SEBI PMS/AIF/MF Regulations, PIT Regulations, AML Regulations, etc as required. I've hands-on expertise in KYC Compliances, HR Compliance, Internal/External Audit and Statutory Audit.
