In my most recent in-house position as Director of Legal at Locus—an AI-driven SaaS supply chain platform with operations across APAC, MEA, the US, and the EU, I led the company’s global legal function. My work involved negotiating high-value enterprise agreements, implementing data protection frameworks, and partnering closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure that business objectives aligned seamlessly with regulatory and commercial realities. In this role, I enabled go-to-market strategies for SAAS and AI/ML-driven technologies while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation at scale. As an external counsel, I have advised high-growth technology and digital enterprises on structuring cross- border transactions, investment rounds, and governance frameworks.
