Prarthna Choubey

I am a final-year BBA.LL.B student at Symbiosis Law School (SIU), with hands-on experience across litigation chambers, corporate in-house legal departments, and leading law firms. My core areas of work include compliance advisory, contract drafting and review, employment law guidance, dispute resolution support, and policy drafting. During my internships at organizations such as NTPC, Dabur India Ltd., ABP Network, FoxMandal, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd., Tata Steel Foundation, and various other organizations, I have assisted in drafting commercial agreements, conducting regulatory research, preparing legal documentation, and supporting dispute resolution matters. My approach is research-driven, structured, and focused on practical legal solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements. I aim to provide clear, accessible, and well-reasoned legal guidance to individuals and businesses, particularly in compliance, contractual, and corporate advisory matters. I will be appearing for the Bar Examination in 2026 and am committed to building a practice grounded in diligence, integrity, and client-focused solutions.
