Muskan Sehgal

I am an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi currently practicing at the Law Offices of Shahrukh Ejaz, with hands-on experience in civil and commercial litigation, trademark disputes, recovery matters, and cheque dishonor cases. I regularly draft pleadings, appear before courts, assist in strategizing matters, and advise clients on diverse legal issues. Previously, I have worked with Lex Jurists where I worked on civil, matrimonial and POSH related matters. Beyond academics and internships, I have actively engaged in leadership roles such as Vice President at GirlUp (Vision) and Coordinator at NGO Umeed, where I assisted in organizing campaigns and activities focused on women's empowerment, awareness, and youth engagement.
