I am a legal practitioner with over two years of experience in civil litigation, actively engaged in legal drafting, case research, and court-related work. My practice primarily involves assisting in the preparation and drafting of pleadings, written statements, legal notices, affidavits, and other litigation documents. I regularly conduct in-depth legal research on statutory provisions, case laws, and procedural aspects to support litigation strategy and case preparation. Through my work in civil litigation, I have gained practical exposure to court procedures, case analysis, and client matters across various areas of civil law. My responsibilities include reviewing case materials, assisting in the formulation of legal arguments, and supporting the preparation of documents filed before courts and tribunals. In addition to my litigation practice, I am actively involved in teaching and mentoring law students.
