Corporate and Transactions-In my current role, I regularly assist in litigation and advisory matters across areas such as real estate, banking, and insolvency laws. My responsibilities include drafting and vetting pleadings and legal documents such as petitions, replies, written statements, and contractual instruments. I also assist in matters before forums including RERA, DRT, NCLT, and High Courts, which has helped me develop a strong understanding of litigation strategy, procedural law, and regulatory compliance. Previously, during my tenure with the Legal Team at Varahe Analytics, I supported the team in managing legal and compliance aspects of large-scale projects. My work involved reviewing legal documentation, preparing compliance reports, and ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements. In addition, my internships with Anoma Legal and Tatva Legal provided valuable exposure to contract drafting, corporate law research, and legal due diligence.
