I am a final-year B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) student at Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai, graduating in April 2026, with hands-on legal experience across in-house corporate teams, law firms, and regulatory compliance practices. My most substantive experience lies in commercial contract work. At Hitachi Payments Services, where I am currently interning as an In-house Legal Trainee, I draft and review vendor agreements, NDAs, leave and license agreements, and termination contracts, while assisting with end-to-end contract lifecycle management and vetting commercial terms for business partnerships. At Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, I drafted and reviewed vendor contracts, MOUs, and NDAs in an in-house setting, and supported IP portfolio management, including patent prosecution and infringement analysis. At Aarna Law, I worked on MOUs, Deeds of Assignment, and option agreements, and assisted in contract review and corporate due diligence for M&A and investment transactions, including review of corporate records, material contracts, and regulatory compliance documentation under the Companies Act framework. On the dispute resolution and litigation side, I have attended proceedings at the NCLT, SAT, and Bombay High Court, contributed to case strategy under the Arbitration Act and IBC, and drafted legal research notes on SARFAESI and insolvency proceedings. At Agrawal & Dhanuka Legal, I prepared a compliance risk advisory matrix for a financial services client that reduced regulatory response errors by 30%. Further, I have prepared preliminary advisory notes and internal compliance memos across GST, customs, FTP, trade law, and sector.
