I am a legal professional with practical experience in both litigation and corporate legal functions. I commenced my legal career practicing before the High Court of Gujarat, where I worked under the guidance of Senior Advocate Mr. Kotia for over two years one year as an intern advocate and one year as an advocate. During this period, I was actively involved in court proceedings and had the opportunity to represent matters before the Court on behalf of clients. This experience allowed me to develop strong skills in legal research, drafting, court procedures, and client representation. In August 2025, I transitioned into the corporate legal domain and joined S D Retail Limited (Brand: Sweet Dreams) as a Legal Executive. In this role, I have gained substantial experience in drafting, reviewing, and vetting commercial agreements, as well as negotiating contractual terms and obligations with external parties to safeguard the company’s legal and commercial interests. My responsibilities also include monitoring and ensuring compliance with Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) regulations, taking necessary steps to protect the company’s intellectual assets. Additionally, I manage and maintain the company’s litigation records, coordinate with external counsels for case updates, and assist in determining appropriate legal strategies and next steps in ongoing matters. I am also well-versed with emerging AI-based legal tools, which assist in enhancing efficiency in legal research, documentation, and case management
