I have developed strong expertise in contract lifecycle management, legal drafting, and regulatory compliance. In my role as a Legal Associate at Quislex Legal Services, I managed the end-to-end lifecycle of complex commercial agreements including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Software License Agreements, and sourcing contracts. My responsibilities included contract drafting, redlining, risk assessment, and due diligence to safeguard organizational interests and ensure compliance with legal standards. I also supported eDiscovery processes and conducted quality reviews to maintain accuracy and consistency in legal deliverables. More recently, while working with Mahindra & Mahindra, I handled consumer law matters with a strong focus on dispute resolution and regulatory compliance. I drafted consumer notices, legal responses, and supporting documentation while collaborating with senior legal professionals to ensure effective resolution of consumer disputes and efficient management of consumer affairs processes. In my role as a Case Worker at Duncan Lewis Solicitors, I work closely with clients and senior solicitors on immigration matters, conducting client consultations, preparing representations, and compiling supporting documentation in compliance with procedural and regulatory requirements. This experience has further strengthened my client advocacy, analytical reasoning, and case preparation skills. I hold a BA-LLB degree from Padala Ram Reddy Law College and have recently obtained the Accredited Trainee Caseworker certification from the UK Law Society, reflecting my commitment to professional growth and international legal standards.
