• Contract Management for all departments; including drafting, revising, interpreting, and managing negotiation processes with counterparties. This includes domestic and international purchase and sales agreements, procurement agreements, license agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), material transfer agreements, toll/manufacturing agreements, SaaS agreements (including payment services agreements), distributor agreements, franchise agreements, agency agreements, consultancy agreements, and service agreements • Legal Consultancy, Legal Research and Regulatory Support; providing regular legal opinions • Corporate Law and Governance; organization and management of Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly meetings, as well as preparation and coordination of signature circulars, drafting Board of Directors’ resolutions; managing all corporate processes such as capital increase, company establishments, and company liquidations • M&A Projects coordination • Know Your Customer (KYC) analyses and checking compliance documents • Labor Law litigation matters, including mediation, employment disputes and receivable cases, both for blue-collar and white-collar employees • Bad debt collection • Intellectual Property Law – Trademark applications • Data Privacy and GDPR compliance; following current updates with the national and international organizations/authorizations • Personal Data Protection Law in Türkiye (KVKK_No 6698) processes • Up to date following and responding all official notifications • Preparation for all kind of Power of Attorneys
