I am an Associate Lawyer based in Metro Manila with a robust and diverse practice spanning litigation, labor relations, corporate law, and property rights. My litigation experience covers civil, criminal, and land registration cases, where I regularly draft pleadings and memorandums for trial courts (MeTC and RTC) up to appellate and anti-graft courts, including the Court of Appeals and the Sandiganbayan. Beyond the courtroom, I have extensive experience in labor law, drafting position papers and representing clients before the NLRC and DOLE. I also serve as a trusted advisor to clients on estate planning, real property registration, and the assignment of rights via sale or donation.
