I have over 30 years legal advisory and legal services management and training work experience in England and Wales. I have worked in all three sectors, namely, voluntary/third sector; private/commercial sector; and government/public sector. I have advised and represented clients in employment law, housing, commercial contracts, medical/clinical negligence and public law cases in County Courts and Tribunals in England and Wales. The author of human rights Law books. A CEDR-Accredited Mediator, Civil and Commercial Disputes with over 25 years post qualification practice experience. I have assisted parties in dispute resolve their cases in mediation after many years of unsuccessful court litigation. I was Chair (quasi-judicial role), Standards Committee of a London Authority (2005 - 2009).
