Tax advisory & dispute handling

I am a law graduate with over 1.7 years of remote experience working with UK-based legal firms, supporting legal administration, regulatory compliance, contract drafting, and case management. I have hands-on experience in legal process outsourcing (LPO), alternative dispute resolution (ADR) support, and compliance-related documentation, and I am comfortable working in fully remote, fast-paced professional environments. I am currently seeking a remote opportunity as a Legal Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant (Legal/Admin), or Compliance Support professional, where I can contribute my skills in legal operations, documentation management, and client coordination while continuing to grow professionally. My core strengths include contract drafting and review (NDAs, MOUs, formal complaints), regulatory compliance support (including FCA and FOS-related documentation), legal research and writing, case preparation, document management, and professional client communication. I am proficient in managing emails, calendars, legal correspondence, and cross-border coordination with UK-based teams, and I am confident using Microsoft Office tools for daily operations. My working style is highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven. I work independently with minimal supervision, maintain confidentiality, follow structured processes, and ensure accuracy in all documentation and submissions. I communicate clearly, adapt quickly to new systems, and take ownership of my responsibilities in remote settings. Professionally, I have supported 100+ active client claims, drafted and reviewed FCA-compliant legal documentation, assisted with ADR and mediation processes, maintained structured case files, and achieved a 100% on-time submission record. I have also trained and mentored new team members, contributing to improved efficiency and smooth legal operations. Overall, I bring a strong combination of legal knowledge, administrative efficiency, and remote work discipline, making me well-suited for remote legal and administrative support roles.
