Personal & Business Law

I am a highly experienced Legal Advisor with over ten years’ experience providing pragmatic, commercially focused legal support within complex, regulated environments. I have advised senior stakeholders and operational teams across the pharmaceuticals, security and professional services sectors, delivering clear, risk-based legal guidance that enables business objectives while ensuring robust compliance.

My expertise spans commercial contracts and contract lifecycle management, including drafting, negotiation and risk assessment of high-value and strategic agreements. I have extensive experience in compliance and governance, advising on regulatory frameworks, internal controls, policies and procedures, and supporting audits and regulatory scrutiny across highly regulated industries.

I have worked closely with procurement, finance, operations and senior leadership to manage legal risk, resolve disputes, and embed best practice. My background includes advising on data protection and privacy matters, acting as a Data Protection Officer, and supporting organisations with GDPR compliance, incident management, and data governance.

I am commercially minded, solutions-driven and confident operating as a trusted advisor, balancing legal risk with practical business needs. I am comfortable working autonomously, influencing at all levels, and supporting organisations through change, growth and increased regulatory complexity.
